Immersion Art Attack Assembly.

YEAH!!" It is back to school day. On the 13th Of October Pt England School was back to school and that Term was term 4 , For Term 4 Pt England school's topic for this term was Art Attack. While the Immersion Art Attack Assembly was happening Team 1's artificial vertical was to have fun by spending some time at the beach , and also a picnic. Later on Team 1 was acting their artificial vertical it was time for Team's 2 turn to show of , Teams 2 show was about the primary colors and those  colors were Blue , Red and also Yellow. Mrs She , Miss Glaze , and also Miss Trimble was dressed up as the 3 Primary colors.

There where 5 teams in Pt England and the team I was in was Team 5. Voting my Favorite Team was team five because when the team five teachers went up on stage they where drawing on a blank black piece of paper and the teachers they where coloring and drawing was Mr Jacobson , Mrs Jarman , and also Mr Burt. While the Team five teachers where just finishing of the last touches they turned the picture upside down and the whole school knew it was our lovely teachers. When Assembly was finishing I just remembered Teams five was drawing and painting the Speed Painting with music and also with concentration.

Argument Writing W.9.

   Intro : Composing to this piece of writing I think that Pt England School should wear their school uniform because it shows respect and it also lets other people know in our community  that our school can respect and take care of our uniform.

Para 1 :  When our school ,Pt England School , wear our school uniform we are reminded that we are representing our school and it also gives us a sense of meaning and the belonging where we put our school uniform when finished wearing them like putting them neatly in their wardrobe.

Para 2 :  The other reason why I am for than against is because when we go on to trips for our school and  you get lost you can find your team telling by the colors of their school uniforms like the color red and black. For Or Against is the most important thing that anyone could think about because for an example if you were friends with fake friends and they were fighting over , you could  then  pick the most respecting person out of your friends.

Para 3 : The reason why I would love to wear uniform is because that other schools can not be judgmental how Pt England School looks untidy while wearing our mufti at school or maybe hanging our school jacket or jumper around our waists.

Wheelchair rugby is a game that is played with a volley ball and also played in wheelchairs. The reason why they play with a volleyball is because it is easier to pass , throw , and to also throw in the goal line. The people that is sitting on the wheelchair means that they were paralysed by a sick illness that affects their legs , and also their neck but it does not affect their arms and legs.

What are all of the sports that are important in our community in Pt England and around Glen Innes/ Panmure?

The sports that are very important in Pt England is Rugby , Net - Ball and also tennis. The sports that are very important in Panmure is Football , Tennis and also Net - Ball.

How does the title of the text and the images we see on page 26, support one another?

The photos on page 26 support one another because all of the wheelchair All blacks are doing the haka together by gathering all the people around to hear what the haka means and also who it is dedicated to.

How is it different?  This sport Wheelchair rugby is the different  because of the name and it also  has the same score try because when they use a volleyball there is no net but when they still use a volleyball there is a goal line.

Why do you think these differences are important?  The differences of this game is very important to the paralysed people that is sitting on their wheelchair because instead of using a real rugby ball they use a volleyball because it is much easier to hold , throw and also easy to pass.

Why would wheelchair rugby be limited to players with quadriplegia only?

Because it is normal to the the people that has quadriplegia because if someone else plays wheelchair like the people that has a sick illness than they will not know how to control the wheelchair and they might crash into other people on their wheelchair.

What moves in rugby are most likely to result in a broken neck?

The results of likely in a broken neck is by doing a scrum when getting the ball , and also when someone does a high tackle to their neck and also if they do a high tackle on their hips and that will affect to the neck.

Commonwealth Bossaball Movie.

Life Education Trust Caravan.

On the 12th Of August was class 3’s last session at the Life Education Trust Caravan. Lynn works for the Life Education Trust where she helps us learn about unusual things like drugs or alcohol. Lynn helps students at Pt - England School chose the right decisions by living your life. but most of all you  need to take care of yourself and also your family by not taking drugs or alcohol. If you take drugs it affects your body and it may send you to a hospital like a Mental health clinic .

The Life Education Trust caravan is filled with photos of people taking drugs and alcohol and  they suffer and get sent to hospital. Walking in the caravan you can see that there is a screen projector where Lynn shows us how people suffer after taking drugs and alcohol and they leave to jail and they have nothing else like friends and family. The people that take drugs their family and friends are their own drugs and alcohol because they did not focus on family but instead they focused on drugs and alcohol.

Once taking a pill or a drug than that person gets addicted and they start to get use to it. Taking drugs or alcohol can affect your body by going out  of control  and making you forget all about your family and friends. When taking drugs a few times you get use to it and you want it when you are in frustration and you also need it when you are hungry or thirsty.

The person that works in the life education trust caravan , “Lynn” she helps and also teaches us how to make right decisions like taking or not taking drugs or alcohol but when you make bad decisions the man above will not believe you no more but most of all  when you choose the wrong decisions it makes you suffer and gets you out of control. But if you believe in making decisions than you must choose the right decisions and live your life by spending time with your family and also friends.

The brain can control everything around your body and also move you around and it also helps you learn in class time but most of all helping you think when you have exams or a test for your report.  Whenever that person takes the drug or the alcohol it can affect your brain and stop from controlling your body and can get you out of control by smashing and also cracking things around the house and may injure someone in the house.

The life education trust caravan is very valuable because it helps you understand about choosing the right decision and live your life by not taking anything serious like drugs or maybe alcohol. It is an great opportunity to help children understand the meaning of drugs and also helping their own family by telling them to not take drugs so their family will not suffer and they will have a great life.
